Delivery Information


  • Most of our items are made to order and are dispatched within 3 to 7 business days via Royal Mail. 
  • We send all UK purchases via Royal mail 1st class on all standard deliveries, and international orders are sent via Airmail. If you select an economical delivery option without insurance or signature, we can not be considered responsible for any loss of the order, and we will not proceed in any way to any refund. 
  • Please note that, you can upgrade the postage to International Tracked and Signed delivery, but will cost extra.
  • We always keep proof of postage and tracking numbers when upgraded postage been purchased.
  • You will be notified by email as soon as your order has been shipped.
  • Free UK delivery on orders over £70.00 

 Delivery time

  • 1-3 business days for an address in UK
  • 3-10 business days for an address in Europe
  • 5-14 business days for any other address Worldwide

Delivery times are approximate and depend on local delivery services in each country. Valeri Christina cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the local country postal service or customs checks.

During peak times (public holidays, promotions & Christmas) orders may take slightly longer to reach you.  

In addition, due to the logistic challenges posed by the COVID-19 global pandemic, the arrival time or your order can be delayed a few business days.

Customs duties and taxes

International orders, now including the EU, may be subject to customs or import duties and tax charges once they reach their destination country outside of the UK. These charges are payable by the customer and we do not currently cover this cost.

EU orders: Please note that all orders entering European countries after Brexit are now subject to custom and duty charges which are payable by the customer.

You are responsible for ensuring to comply with laws and regulations of the country of destination. 

As customs vary from country to country, unfortunately we can’t advise on these charges, and would recommend you contact your local customs office for more information before placing your order.

Express Delivery

Each jewellery item is individually and securely wrapped in our jewellery pouches or bespoke boxes. 

We do not refund for packages lost in transit

We are unable to refund or replace stolen packages or unretrieved packages that have been confirmed as delivered. Please ensure your delivery address is correct and secure.

We are not responsible for items not received due to an incorrect or an incomplete shipping address. Items marked undeliverable due to an incorrect shipping address will be reissued if and when they are received back at Valeri Christina Address, and will incur a reshipment fee.
