If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 14 days from the date you received your order to exchange or return. Items must be in the same condition as received and in their original packaging.
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged unless faulty and we do not offer exchanges on sale items or custom pieces.
You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the return is due to an error on our part. we recommend that you insure the parcel for the value of the goods and retain all records of delivery.
We will process your refund within 10 working days of receiving your return and you will receive an email to confirm your refund to the original payment method you used.
Please note that we are unable to refund customs duties and sales taxes for orders sent to destinations outside of the EU.
We sincerely apologise if you have experienced any fault with your Valeri Christina jewellery. Please email our customer service team at email@example.com including pictures of the faulty item(s) before making any returns. Delivery charges for return will be reimbursed upon review and approval.
We want you to be completely happy with your purchase so if something isn't quite right we're very happy to exchange it for you. Email firstname.lastname@example.org if you want to discuss your exchange, otherwise return your item as described above, stating what you would like to exchange it with.
If the product requested in exchange is of a higher amount, the recipient will have to make the payment of the difference before shipping the new product. The return fee will have to be paid by the customer. After receiving the returned package, Valeri Christina will exchange or refund. We reserve the right to refuse a return or refund if the item is used or damaged.
